This is the official video stream downloaded from whitehouse.gov. The actual video file does not contain th e notorious "black bar" people have alleged. Apparently this is just an artifact of the player window used at whitehouse.gov.
MSNBC coverage of the Bush 'Mission Accomplished' speech. Notice the cutaway to the "Mission Accomplished" banner, but the video of Bush himself centers him in the frame, as does the official Whitehouse version.
